Who schedules a concert on opening day of Revenge of the Sith? Well, apparently Rilo Kiley does, and in Toronto at The Opera House to boot. I was pissed off when I missed them the last time they were in the area. Dare I utter the heresy of contemplating going to the concert and watching the movie another time? Perhaps there will be an afternoon showing of the movie I can catch and still make the show (yay flexible work hours) … or even a midnight showing the night before. Hmmm …
Not so flexible are the possibilities for seeing The Shins, who are at Kool Haus in Toronto this Sunday. Maybe I can convince them to move the show to Sudbury, as I’m heading there at the end of the week to visit Kyle. They can come for the weekend and join us at Science North!
